Thank you very much for your help. I think that perhaps my goal is too unrealistic, I have had a hard time getting below my current weight, so to think it will happen in only a couple months might be a bit too ambitious. I think I am going to reconsider it.

Thanks again!

That means it's still the right range for your goals.

When it doesn't change with increased fitness, and if you're on the minimum 1200-1550, this usually means that your goal date is simply too close to be realistic.

The less weight there is, the slower the body wants to lose it.

You might want to consider whether your goal is set up for 'too much' per week and think about moving your goal date back. But if you're still consistently losing at the values you have now and feeling comfortable and fine, don't change anything. :)

Hi everyone, I have recently increased my activity level and I received a notice below my fitness tracker, that I should change my fitness tracker settings in order to find a more appropriate calorie range. When I did that, my calorie range didn't change. Does that mean the range is still right for me, or is there a way to double check whether or not I should be eating more?

I hope that made sense!
