Hello, me again.
I do not receive all of my email notifications that I have "clicked" to receive. This started many months ago when I realized that I sometimes received a goodie without a notification:www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.a
Then, I noticed I didn't get messages for some threads I was subscribed to. Lately, I am not getting new member notifications nor new thread notifications in any of my teams.
This is making it very difficult and frustrating to lead my teams, as you can imagine!
I have been here a few times to ask this questions. I have tried every suggestion given to me, to no avail. www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/messageboard.a

but none of the suggestions have helped.
I have spoken to my email provider, and they assure me that they do not block emails to their customers' addresses.
This evening, I attempted to email firstname.lastname@example.org to see what would happen, as I gather that "bounce back" messages can provide information. So far, my email seems not to have "bounced back" to me.
The tech person at my email provider suggested that I ask the sparkpeople tech people if the emails that are being sent to me are being "bounced back". Is there anyway to check that?
If that is not possible, is there anything else that can be done at sparkpeople's end? I am getting more and more frustrated by this and would appreciate the "next level up" in tech support as the "basics" have not worked.
