For body weight exercises like pushups, I would suggest leaving the weight box empty. That box is for exercises where you are lifting weight, say in a bench press you lift 50 pounds of weight, you would enter 50. But you are able to leave the box blank (it is not required to use that section) and for all body weight exercises, I would suggest doing that so it isn't confusing when looking at your fitness tracker.
