My apologies if this has already been asked an answered; I did try to find something on this and was not successful.
Can someone explain why I am absolutely required to enter a weight when I am trying to log crunches or pushups?
For starters, I am not sure how you add weight to these types of exercises...free weights on your back? But besides the strange logistics of it, I am a beginner and would not be using ANY weight whatsoever. So why am I being forced to "lie" and enter a number in this field?
Any insight would be appreciated!
