Thanks Unident

Generally I workout at least an hour mornings 4 or 5 days a week and I have a "last chance workout" on Saturday mornings of around 1.5 to 2 hours in my home gym. Most workouts consist of 30 minutes treadmill/elliptical training which will gradually be replaced by biking as our weather is "finally" getting better. The additional time is spent on toning and resistance training. Gradually working into P90X but I'm 54 so this will take time.
Have had some issues lately - sprain of some sot on left side of foot that flares up every now and then. Recently discovered I have a hernia for which awaiting surgery so things like this sometimes knock me off course.
Very much appreciate your feedback thank you.

Original Goal - 190lbs, realized I could do better, much better. Goal achieved 169lbs!

Yes you should be somewhere in that range. You should ensure you meet 1500 as a minimum and try not to exceed 1850.

How much working out are you missing?

If you would normally work out for two hours a dy and then you don't, that is significant and you will have to factor that in.

If you normally work out for 30 minutes three times a week, I wouldn't worry about the difference.

Your range is the minimum range for men anyway. So even if you adjusted your fitness goals down it wouldn't lower your caloric requirements.

If you know you're going to have a lighter workout week or keep missing out day by day, perhaps try to be nearer 1500 than 1850 most days.

Your actual weight is not predictable with any certainty.

I often use the Blackberry Mobile app to record my exercise and nutrition. I am around the corner from achieving my weight goal which I started in January. When my daily nutrition goal says I can eat 1500-1850 calories does htis mean I should be somewhere in between this range?
Additionally, if I am unable to meet my fitness goals for any reason during a week but I meet my nutrition goals, am I likely to stay the same or increase my weight?
