You can cancel your SparkCoach membership by following these instructions:

1. Go into the SparkCoach program.
2. Click on the "SparkCoach Account Settings" button that is on the "Welcome" tab.
3. Click on the "Cancel Automatic Rebilling" button, which is in the "Payment Settings" section.

This will cancel future billings and cancel your subscription at the same time.

Thank You! It was telling me it was cancelled as well, but after having the card number ran every day I didn't quite understand what was going on if it was already cancelled. Thank you for deleting my payment information, now I can relax yay!

I just checked your account and it shows that it was cancelled yesterday, so there isn't anything more to do to cancel it. However, I went ahead and deleted your payment info just to be sure you don't receive any other inquiries on that card.

LOL thank you for your reply! I feel a bit better now (just had a walk) but still need it resolved, so hopefully a staffer will fix it soon!

I'm SO sorry you're dealing with this! Hopefully a staffer can come along presently and help you. I had a billing problem with SparkCoach myself, and they were super helpful and quick about fixing it once I asked them to (even though it was technically my fault!)

They definitely don't want this to happen. Hang in there! (Any time you use the arrow symbol in a post in a way that isn't including one of their preset codes, it'll kick you back.)

I want to cancel my spark coach subscription. It says it has already been cancelled due to payment error (address does not match the card #) because I moved, and spark coach keeps trying to run the card anyway. Each time it is ran (daily by the way) my account gets held for the amount and then refunded eventually - right now I have $32 in holds because of the constant submission of my card info even though it won't go through. I tried to delete my card in payment settings, but it won't let me without entering a new one. I get the message my account is cancelled when I go to the payment settings page, yet the card is getting ran through daily, creating a nightmare of holds for me. The only button I see is a 'reactivate' button. So very frustrated... And then I typed out another post like this one and hit post, but I guess putting an unhappy smiley face is html and so the whole post was deleted and I was told to rewrite it. ugh. unhappy face with a tear.. so frustrated right now.
