Can you tell me what the error says exactly, and also if using another browser helps? Also, if you don't have the latest version of IE, you may want to upgrade to the most recent version.

If I fill in more than one line and click on save measurements, I get a message that there has been an error. I have Windows 7 and use Internet Explorer. Thanks for your help. Paula

Can you tell me what happens if you fill in all the information and click save? Is there an error message of any sort? Also, what browser and version are you using, and does using another browser help?

On the tracking page, I have to click ok after each entry rather than filling in all the information and saving it all at once. Any suggestions? I have been away from the program for a while and it certainly did not do that previously. Thanks!
