I'm not quite sure what functionality you are referring to, but I will try to help.
The fruit and veggie tracker is only on the start page, so you can enter those there. Your water tracker can still be found on your nutrition tracking page though. If you need to delete an entry on you fruit and veggie tracker, you can just click the down button and it will remove 1 serving each time you click it.
What do you mean by the trips you have taken? I see you want to print that, but I'm not sure what you mean by that, so if you can clarify, I can try to point you in the right direction.
For changing your weight, it looks like you are in the Spark5 program, which is for weight maintenance only. You will need to reset your account to select the weight loss program so you can set a weight goal for yourself. This page has info on how to do that: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer.
. Doing that will clear all tracked data on your account though, but you can't set a weight goal unless you reset your account.
