Ok so, when I first started my account, I had a calorie range of 1200-1550.
As I have been very sedentary, and didn't want to overestimate calories burned through activity, I set my fitness tracker to nothing, no activity. Well, it made me put in a minimum of one cardio session a week, but i set that to like 5 min, was supposed to burn 10 calories a week.... I liked it this way, I figured when I started doing some legitimate activity, I'd start tracking.
So today I actually walked 4km. Plunked it down in the Fitness Tracker. My nutrition tracker remained at 1200-1550.
So I started playing with the Fitness Tracker, the only field i adjusted was "if you know how many calories you burn each week, enter here." I entered 1000 just to see how that would change my daily ranges. And suddenly my nutrition tracker jumped from 1200 minimum to 1470 minimum. Huh? At least 270 calories more PER DAY to account for 1000 activity calories?
This seemed wrong, so I wanted to put things back the way they were. Although my Fitness goal is once again to burn "10 calories a week" - my Nutrition tracker won't return to 1200-1550 - it's stuck at 1330 minimum. I even went in and erased my entry for the 60 minute walk I took... my fitness tracker shows NOTHING and yet...
Which - hey - yay who doesn't want a higher calorie range? Well, apparently ME. I would prefer my range to be 1200-1550, and I'll account for whatever activity I do, separately as it happens (since it is so sporadic right now).
How do I make my nutrition tracker go back to how it was!
