hi, I'm new here after getting discouraged on another site. I find the food logging amazingly simple.
QUESTION: I see (and like) my daily total when logging. I'm trying for 25 g of fiber. Is there a chart, or breakdown of the total foods I enter, which gives the fiber content at ONE GLANCE? I don't want to have to bother clicking each individual food to see this.
That way whatever food I've had for the day with the most fiber I'll just eat more of to get my grams higher.
