I do know that this seems to be happening for some members, but haven't been able to replicate that yet. I have passed this along, but because of being unable to replicate this, we'll need a little more information to see what the problem might be, and that's why earlier in the thread I asked for more information.
*Can you give the URL for specific example of a blog entry this happened with?
*What browser and version are you using now?
*Immediately after clearing your browser's cache and cookies, can you try again to see if that helps?
*Do you experience the same result using a different browser?
*Can you please try getting the points
For 1GROVES2, your issue seems a bit different. If you'd like, you can reset your articles to receive points again by going to your Account/Email preferences and scrolling to the "Reset SparkPoints" section. You'll see the option listed there.
