It sounds like you may not have looked in the right spot. Try to follow the instructions below by clicking the "Account/Email preferences" link on the start page under your username. Then, click on the community tab and select the option to show your name on the leaderboards before saving your changes.

I'm not sure! I suppose it must be the leaderboards. Information on that page says 7 of the team members have added the goal; only 5 are on the leaderboard. I went to the preferences page and checked the box that says "show location on team" - whatever that means. I didn't see a "save" button. -?-

I hope this will correct the problem. I keep fiddling, but so far have had no luck. We'll see what the update tomorrow looks like.

Hi,

By list, do you mean the leaderboards? If so, you have to change your account preferences to show up on those. To do that, click on the Account/Email preferences link on your Start page and then click on the "community" tab. There, check the box to include your information on the SparkAmerica leaderboards and save your changes.

I've joined a goal on one of my Teams. I track it diligently. There is a list of people who are also tracking, but I've never shown up on it, despite having the daily check-off box and a record of my "streak."

I've tried dropping it and rejoining. I've appealed to the team leader and posted in the leader forum. Nothing seems to work. I suppose it doesn't make much difference...but it's depressing to see my other team members on the list and I'm in nowhere land. Sort of makes me want to just abandon it altogether, if I'm the only one who sees it.
