There's not a lot of positivity in your life, is there? Just that, this is a depressingly negative "I can't do this" post and also ... your username.
You CAN do this.
You do NOT have to eat what's on the meal plans. Turn them off, and just enter what you feed yourself and your husband and track your own values. Most people do this anyway.
You may find that all you need to do is a few minor things like cut back portions, skip the treats, and maybe change a dressing or milk to a lower fat version or something. You won't know till you're tracking what YOU eat, rather than ticking what someone else suggests you eat.
So turn the meal plans off, and spend the entire first week just tracking what you did eat. No attempts to be healthier, just recording.
You can't know how to get anywhere, if you don't know where you are now.
