Since I will not be working out the rest of the week due to a stupid injury, I want to be sure I adjusted my Trackers correctly so I can consume the proper amount of calories.
I went to My Trackers, Start, and then down to Change Goal for Calories Burned. I changed it to the 1182 I've burned this week thus far, lowering it from the 2100 Goal I had.
Does this sound like I adjust properly so my calorie range would be then be auto adjusted and I can now use the Calorie Range shown? Never done this before.
