Is there a function by which I can keep track of my calories, carbs, fats and proteins on a weekly basis so that If I go over or under in one or two areas, I can make meal plans to address those deficits? For example, if on Sun, Mon and Tues, I go over on carbs and under in fat, I can see this and adjust the next few days to go over in fats and under in carbs. I try to stay in te daily guidelines, but often find myself out of range on some days.
If this fuction is available, where can I find it and add it to my account?
