that was weird -I don't know how the phone number got in my previous post (now edited). it was supposed to say "Sparkpeople" motivational posters. How can I use them on my Sparkpage ,or blog?

Assuming that the website that you get them from allows that. You may not have the copyright rights to post something of someone else's on your page.

Sorry for the misunderstanding...You can add them into your photo gallery. You will have to first download the motivational pic from the website you get them from.

Thanks for the quick reply, Nancy. I guess I wan't clear about what I wanted to do. I would like. To be able to take the Sparkpeople motivational "posters" and use them on my page.

Hi Joy,

If you go to your SparkPage and click on the edit button, then scroll down your page--on the right hand side of your page below your profile pic you will see your personal signature box--there you can type in your quote. Save it and you should be good to go.
