I have a favorite saved called "Bonus Calories". I entered it as I would for a normal food addition that isn't already in the database. I made it valued at one calorie as a serving (as I only really track calories) and then when I eat something that I just want to estimate I go to foods that I've entered, and put the amount of servings as the amount of calories I estimate what I've eaten as.
So if I'm guessing that a food is approximately 100 cals, I enter "100 servings". If I think it's 240 calories, I enter "240 servings".
Is there a way I can input an "estimated" food item & calorie value for a one time use in my nutrition tracker? If I dine at a friends or a restaurant that isn't a "national chain", I have no way to input an entry for the food to log it for the day. I know it wouldn't be real accurate, but at least I could guess & put in something so it is accounted for.
