Along this same line, is there a way to get a quick view of the meals for the whole week without having to look at each day individually? I make my own meal plan for the week but in order to see my plan for tomorrow's dinner I have to change the day on my nutrition tracker, I'd like to be able to see the whole week at a glance.

No, you can't see more than one week at a time. Spark has done this because they feel that people stick to goals better with a short term focus. Personally I think 2 weeks is better so at least you can plan out your week for your shopping without having to wait till the last minute to do it! Gives you a bit of a buffer. :)

You can change anything. With meal plans you can switch items out for other items and just tick when you've eaten.

If, for example, the meal plan suggests a coffee and 2 plain biscuits and instead you have a handful of nuts and a small apple, you can simply not tick the coffee and biccies, and manually add in an apple and some nuts.

Is there a way to see more than one week of my meal plan at a time? Also, can I change my meals/snacks before tracking my food? I don't want to print a grocery list that has items I know I won't need if I won't be having a particular meal. The only ways I have found to do it are to either change it where you actually track the food (change date and change the item before the day), and to even see my meal plan I have only found a week at a time and I have to scroll up and down. I would love to see something where there are multiple days/weeks at a time in front of me so I can easily plan leftovers, buy bulk, etc. Thanks!
