It would be possible to add the various fats contained in the 3, 6 or 9 omega oils, so they can be added to the daily values of nutrients, much the same as individual amino acids, i.e. alanine, etc are listed.

That is not an option and one of the reasons is that these are a type of fatty acid and food manufacturer's are not required to separate them from other fats on their labels. Even if they are separated on some food labels you won't see them on all so you will not have a full picture as to the amounts you are consuming.
