Hi,
That is not an option and one of the reasons is that these are a type of fatty acid and food manufacturer's are not required to separate them from other fats on their labels. Even if they are separated on some food labels you won't see them on all so you will not have a full picture as to the amounts you are consuming.
If you take a supplement, you can make a note in your notes section on your My Nutrition Tracker.

I would love to be able to track Omega-3 and Omega-6 fats. Is it possible this could be added to the site?
