Your page has that. Do you not see it on others, eg mine?

You will not see it on your own page - why would you send sparkmail to yourself? :)

That is only seen if you don't have a large number of friends. I'm not sure what the exact number is for that, but once you reach a certain number of friends, that option is no longer available.

Spark Mail under edit my spark page and add as a spark friend.

My spark friend Elisadenk told me that she has a feature that allows her to send her spark friends spark mail from this feature and I'm wondering why I don't have this same feature on my area as well?
