Hi,

I checked our records the DEBRABUF account was closed by you on 8/10/2011. Unfortunately once an account is closed it cannot be reopened, nor can we move the SparkPoints from one account to another.

K, so I guess I never really closed my sparkpage, just made it off-line and unavailable to other members. At the time I had debrabuf@verzion.net as my internet I believe..so I can't reset or have a new password sent to me.

Better yet, can I get all my points I made over the years added to my new sparkpage?
