It's just a cutesy way of saying "anniversary of being on Spark".

Your Sparkversary is the date of the year that you joined. If it's being used in terms of time passed that would be like "I've been here 3 years, this is my 3rd Sparkversary".

I was wondering what is Sparkversary I see it on alot of pages and I'm wondering about it? Is it only earned when you met your goals or is it by how many years you been here?
