I was able to figure out why it didn't work. I've started using a new internet browser and it was automatically blocking the pop ups so when the page tried to come up to do the blog it wasn't letting me. So I disabled pop blocker for Sparkpeople and I was able to create a blog.

I've tried to go about it two ways from the start page to write o blog entry and then through my sparkpoints link I get to m blog page but when I want to create a new blog it won't go to the page to write it up.
