I am terrible at remembering to take my supplements! I customized my nutrition tracker to help me.
Here's how, if you want to do the same:
On the nutrition tracking page, under the date, click "Tracker Options" then drop down to "ADD AN EXTRA MEAL CATEGORY". I called mine "Vitamins & Fish oil". Then I created 2 "new foods" and added to my favorites. Initial set up was a little time consuming to put all the nutrition info in for my multivitamin, but I'm glad I did. There are quite a few vitamins in the food database already so maybe yours is there already.
The Fish oil has fat calories, but I couldn't find mine anywhere on the web or on manufacturer's site, so I count it as zero calories, figuring that the benefits outweigh the few fat calories I am getting from it.
