Since my post I have joined SparkCoach. It offers a one on one motivation ( At least this is how I feel :) ), that I need. I think many others could benefit from this too. I went from barely moving 10 minutes a day to working out an hour a day. I am in second stage where I am learning to shop smart and eat even smarter. I have lost five pounds since this post. Please learn from my past mistakes, don't let discouragement slow you down or stop you and it will if you let it. Dig deep and fight hard!

There's heaps of information. Go to the link.

You just don't get "in" stage 2. But you CAN read all about it.

Hello,

I'm sorry, but this is very aggravating. I started at the end of December. It talks about the Fast-Break all over the site, but it doesn't move us past that? There is only information and goals set-up for Fast Break? I think this is horrible! I love this site, but I am past Fast-Break. There isn't information available for us for after Fast-Break? This makes no sense at all. I would like to make new-goals for stage 2, but there is no stage 2? This needs to be fixed immediately please.

Thank you,

UmmZahira

Nancy, they've been gone for months and months. How does a 3-week-old user get to be "in stage 1"?

Did you guys remove the stages but not the trigger that makes a new user start stage 1? Does that need looking into?

New users should not be aware of the stages at all or know about them, unless they stumble across that page. Since they're not offered any more as a feature.

Hi,

From time to time we remove features from the site that are not used by too many people, to make the site simpler and more effective to use. If you’d like to use the SparkDiet, it is still online at www.sparkpeople.com/resource/sparkdiet.asp

I hope this helps!

Hi,
I've been with SparkPeople for 3 weeks and thought it would automatically move me up.
Thank you for any help :)
