Hi,

A few things you may want to try is making sure you have all updates for your web browser and Adobe Flash installed on your computer. And if those two things don't work, you may want to see if it works in a different web browser.

Hi. I recently read an article called "Smart Ways to Soothe Sore Muscles". At the bottom of this article there is a link to an Everwell video, "Do you know your back pain facts?" When I clicked on this link it comes up with "video not found" and there are numerous comments from people who have experienced this same difficulty over time. One member even suggested that we go to the Everwell website to find the video. I tried this, but was unsuccessful. Just passing on the info in the hopes that it can be fixed. Thanks!
