If you go to Account Preferences at the top left of your Start page, uncheck the box that says "use metric." That should fix the problem.

I don't know why this is annoying me so much but my ticker at the bottom says 2kg lost, its supposed to be lbs - I tried changing it, but when I'm editing it - the preview actually says 2lbs lost and theres no way of changing that anyway!
