I believe that you can simply "leave this team" from the team page and that should terminate the emails as well.

I was on a Atkins team and all my e-mails are about low carbs but now I'm doing Weight Watchers and joined their team.. How do I get out of the Atkins team so I don't get e-mails for Atkins? Thanks
