I'm a bit confused. You talk about goals and then about tracked foods, so it's hard to know what you mean.

You can set your goal at 20-60 per day.

The site will only recalculate that goal back to site-calculated for you, if you click the "save" button on the weight goals page or the fitness goals page. If you do either of those, the nutritional goals are always recalculated.

Food you actually enter into your tracker should not be affecting your goals.

Hi I try to edit carbs and I set it to 20 -60 a day and when I put the food in I have eaten it comes up with target at like 200 a day. Why won't it register what I put in it?..
