Maybe try posting on the Diet and Nutrition Forum? Someone there might have an answer for you.

It says if you are in the diabetic management program you cannot alter the carbs..I dont understand why not like I said 188-250 carbs is too much.

Hi There!

You can change the amount of carbs you eat each day (along with other nutrients).

Go to your...
Start Page
Under my goals & Progress (in left hand column)
Click on "Change Goal"

You'll find it all listed there.

I am in the diabetes management program and also seeing a dietician who wants me to be eating less then 100grams of carbs a day. For a diet of 1500-2000 calories a day spark says I should be aiming for 188-250 carbs a day as a diabetic that is way too much. Why is this something that cant be changed? I know alot of diabetics on low carb diets dont eat that many carbs a day.
