Today's Trivia Question,
Individuals who get under _______ hours of sleep per night are more at risk for heart disease, obesity, stroke, and other health conditions.
My answer was 5 - which SP deemed incorrect. Their supposed "correct" answer is,
Individuals who get less than six hours of sleep a night may be at an increased risk for viral infections, heart disease, obesity and stroke, with an associated decline in mental functioning to boot.

es.asp?id=1621 "Getting fewer than five—or more than nine—hours of sleep a night can hurt your heart because both extremes elevate blood pressure and levels of stress hormones. In fact, the Nurses’ Health Study of more than 71,000 women, ages 45 to 65, found that sleeping five or fewer hours each night increased the risk of coronary disease by a whopping 45%."
