Do you have the correct date/time set in your account settings?
Go back to your "Start" page by clicking on the SparkPeople logo on the top left of the screen.
Just below "Start" you'll see a "Account / E-Mail Preferences". Click that and then scroll down to local date and time. Make sure it's correct.
