Teresa159--I think that if you check the "Pre-Check to Post my Fitness Activity to Facebook" your fitness tracking has the box checked already (like the "I want an email..." at the bottom of this post (for which there IS no fix, regretably).

If you don't want your activity tracked, don't check the "Pre-Check" box. (Mine isn't checked, and I don't get checks in my tracker box, either).

I'm confused. Do I check that box if I DON"T want things to go to FACEBOOK?
The wording is very confusing.

Hi, is there a way to eliminate the "post to Facebook" option that is on the exercise tracking? I never want to post this info to Facebook, and having to uncheck that box every time is annoying.

I am not someone that posts the daily mundane things to Facebook, and do not want any of my daily tracking to accidentally get posted to Facebook.
