I went back to check that to see if you could, and I see it. But that's not really the point, is it? I've manually made the changes I need to make (as far as I can tell). And if I uncheck boxes that relate to me or my household, then isn't that defeating the point of the survey?
I noticed that the prelude to the survey says that it is designed to create new articles/features relevant, and present me with relevant items.
"SparkPeople strives to create new articles and features that are relevant to our members’ lives. The more we know about you and your goals, the more personalized and relevant the articles and features we can present you with.
Please take a few minutes to complete the following survey. By doing so, you will be helping us improve the user experience in ways that not only help you, but thousands of other members as well. Since it takes a little longer than most challenges, by taking this survey, you will also earn 250 SparkPoints!'
And since I went back i noticed that under the heart healthy questions the answer has:
Are you or anyone in your household currently affected by cardiovascular/nervous conditions/events?
Please check all that apply:
-General heart health/heart disease concerns (checking will provide healthy heart version of nutrition tracker)
-High blood pressure/hypertension (checking will provide healthy heart version of nutrition tracker)
-High cholesterol (checking will provide healthy heart version of nutrition tracker)
-Angina, heart pains, or chest heaviness
-Atrial fibrillation
-Mitral valve prolapse
Somehow my tracker was changed even though I checked Mitral Valve Prolapse and not any of the items that said "checking this will change your tracker". But MORE importantly, the question is asking about other people in my household - so if my husband has high blood pressure, or I'm taking care of my mother-in-law, for some reason MY food tracker changes - it doesn't make any sense to me.
Best of luck,
Jocelyn
