Hello LADYLORETTA,

I was able to log into your account and go to MY TRACKERS and then SPARKMAIL without any issues. I am not able to duplicate this for you. You may want to try using a different browser and clearing your cookies/cache to make sure you aren't having computer issues.

Be well,
Kelly

Hello,

I don't believe that is an option at this time.

Be well,
Kelly

I don't know the specific answer to your question , (I am sure others will be able to tell you), but one thing that you COULD do is create a folder for SparkMail to be gotten back to and shift it into there until it is dealt with.

Is there a way to mark a message back to unread in your inbox? I like to mark things as unread so I know what message I need to follow up and remember.
