I'm not 100% sure of the issue, but it sounds like you're trying to use both the meal plans and your own plan at the same time. You can do either one of those things; if you look in the tracker you'll see a link that says "turn off meal plans" which will let you turn them off and just enter what you actually eat. If you leave the meal plans on, the whole meal plan will show, but the nutrients will not be calculated unless you click on the foods. You have the option of not clicking on those foods, but you don't have the option to remove them.

However, you can turn the meal plan on and off any time. I think you can get the effect you want by looking at the suggested plan, clicking the items from it that you do want to eat, and then turning it off so the others don't show.

Hi!
I don't understand the nutrition tracker. I've typed in the (junk) I ate as I haven't bought any of my new healthier food yet. So it gives me the totals, which is great! Why is it all garbled in with the meal planner? If that's what it is. LIke, I would love to try cream cheese and whatever and waffle instead of michelina's dinners. Can't I keep those recommendations that really help me? It says that those are things that I ate. What's up with that? Now I have their recommendations mixed in with what I actually ate. If that's how it is, I will NOT be using this site.
Thanks for any input. (oh, and I know that I can delete all of the recommendations e.g. peanut butter and grapes) but why should I have to?
