That's something to ask your doctor or ask for a referral to a physical therapist.

SP, while a great, supportive community, just isn't geared to answer those sorts of questions.

You do know, I hope that 20 # in 2 months would be very fast weight loss. SP and most reputable medical sources recommend 1-2# / week, which would come in under 20 in 8. I hope you are doing it with a professional, medical program, as well as coming here for cheers and support.

Today I'm starting beck to loosing weight, I have to loose 20 lbs in 2 months, as it will help my recovery from my knee replacement. My challenge is what kind of exercise will be good to build strength inmy upper leg, without causing more pain around the knee.
