Hi,

I too use FF and have not had issues nor have I been able to replicate the issue on my end. We have not received any complaints from our members with the wheel in support.

You may want to try un-installing the flash and re-installing it and rebooting your computer. Also you may want to see if the wheel works in Google Chrome.

Unfortunately, those are the only suggestions I can make.

I've had intermittent problems as well with the login points wheel. Yesterday it worked, but a few days before that it was not working.

Today it's not working for me again.

I have the latest version of Firefox v16.0.2, and I just updated both Adobe Flash and Java. Still not working, even though everything is updated and I even did a restart.

Also doesn't work on my Internet Explorer, which is also up to date but I never use it.

[Edit: bonus wheel pops up and works fine, but login wheel still doesn't show up.]

Is there some other requirement or update I've missed somewhere?

Hi,

The SparkPoints wheel requires the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, which can be downloaded for free at www.adobe.com.

If you have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer, but are still having trouble seeing your SparkPoints wheel, you may need to download and reinstall it to make sure you have the latest version.

I seemed to have lost my wheel to spin for points. I tried using different internet sites but it still is not there. Haven't spinned in a few days now.
