SUPERBIEN what kind of restart do you want?

Under Account/Email Preferences there is a button for "Reset My Goals". This totally restarts everything and loses all tracked data that you've put in so far (although you keep points and friends).

Otherwise, if you just click the 'change' link for the Weigh and Fitness goals and change and update and (very important, even if all the numbers are right) Save those pages, then the nutritional goals will be recalculated for those new settings.

I know this is old - but how did you restart and get rid of the old stuff?

thanks for responding. I have been with sparks for years but hadn't been tracking for a while. my old starting weight and goals was showing on my reports so I just restarted my program to clear that info to start fresh. Thanks for the help.

No, it's there so you can know where you need to be at any point in order to reach your goal.
