The chart is too narrow (large font) to get it to show alongside..... However..... you can definitely see Nutrients during the day---no need to wait for an end of day report! Several ways to do it too!

1) As stated before, you can query the nutritional information for any food listed...

ALSO: On the green bar above where the meals are displayed, look on the right side for "Add More Nutrients". That will take you to a screen that shows what you've chosen, and an option at the bottom to ADD MORE NUTRIENTS In the new screen, simply Checkbox Sodium/Fiber/whatever...
.
Once added you can view your daily total in "real time" (as you update meals)on either:
the box at the bottom of the page (it shows only totals)
or by clicking on the "See Today's Full Report" on the right side of the page. And that report also shows the breakdown of each food....

No Need to wait until end of day--Tracker updates as you input info. I use it all the time!

Happy Tracking!!

Is there any way to add sodium to the nutrition page to show along side the calories, carbs, fat, and protein?

Sodium is such a hard thing to get foods without -- especially eating out!!

Both can be tracked right on the tracker. No need to wait till end of day.

It would be nice if you can add sodium to the bottom of the nutritional tracker, so you can see how you are doing fiber too for that matter. As it sits you have to wait until you run the end of day report. would also be nice to be able to see where the sodium is coming from. It's a pretty major design flaw if you ask me.

If you're buying, read the NI panel on the product.

If you mean tracking, enter the food and serving and don't click to add it to a meal yet. Under the serving size there is a link to see the NI panel.

I know the sodium tracker shows that total sodium consumed in a day, but how can I see how much sodium is in the foods I am entering? I'd like to know which are higher in sodium so I know what to stay away from.
Thank you
