Sodium is such a hard thing to get foods without -- especially eating out!!

Both can be tracked right on the tracker. No need to wait till end of day.

It would be nice if you can add sodium to the bottom of the nutritional tracker, so you can see how you are doing fiber too for that matter. As it sits you have to wait until you run the end of day report. would also be nice to be able to see where the sodium is coming from. It's a pretty major design flaw if you ask me.

If you're buying, read the NI panel on the product.

If you mean tracking, enter the food and serving and don't click to add it to a meal yet. Under the serving size there is a link to see the NI panel.

I know the sodium tracker shows that total sodium consumed in a day, but how can I see how much sodium is in the foods I am entering? I'd like to know which are higher in sodium so I know what to stay away from.
Thank you
