Hello,

It worked this time! The problem was it wasn't giving me the option to enter my start weight and my goal weight. When I clicked on the link to weigh in, it didn't give me the boxes to enter my #'s. Thank you for your advice. I don't know what happened before, but it's ok now.

Thanks,

Erin - ev1959

No I don't use Chrome at all. I use internet explorer. I have Windows Vista. I search on Yahoo & Bing. I try not to search on Google, because of what I heard about Google selling your searches to advertisers. I have never used Chrome, because I heard it has some negative issues and won't work well.

Hello,

I answered your question on another thread. I believe it has to do with your start weight and goal weight being the same but your recent weigh in being different than those numbers. You will need to update your start weight to reflect your current weight and that should help.

Be well,
Kelly

Are you using Chrome? There are some issues with that browser. Try another browser and see if it works on that.

Thanks for the advice on my real email address. I will exclude it from now on.

I did try to edit the ticker, but it will not give me an option to enter my start weight or my goal weight where it's suppose to be.

Thanks,

Erin - ev1959

There should be an "edit ticker" button beside it. Click that and change the settings from a maintenance ticker to a weight loss ticker.

Also, it's never a good idea at all to include your real email address online. If you're ever going to share it you should 'munt' it, put in some xx's and include "without xx's" at the end, like

erxxx932011@gmailxxx.com (minus the xxx's)

The reason is the spambots that trawl web pages looking for real email addresses they can use and send spam to.

How do I change my ticker bar so it reads my start weight and my goal weight on everything I email, post, etc. Right now it looks like it's giving me the weight amount I'm over, not the actually weight from start to goal. Please step me through this somehow.

Thanks,
