Hello,
If you have downloaded our app for the droid, there is a barcode scanner.
The barcode scanning button is located in the top left corner of the main food log screen (the image is several vertical lines meant to look like a barcode). Pressing that button will open up a barcode scanner app on your phone. If you don't already have a scanning app installed, it will prompt you to download a free app. Here's a direct link to download the free
app:
market.android.com/details?id=com.google.z
xing.client.android Once the barcode is scanned, we search our servers to find the food just scanned. We provide a list of matches and you just choose the best match.
After choosing the best match, the next screen allows you to enter serving size, amount and meal and add it to your daily food log. (Note: if no suitable match is found, there's a button at the bottom of the scanner results list to do a normal food search.)
Be well,
Kelly
