I called a friend,( knows a lot about computers) and he thought the problem was at your end, I have no idea how to deal with this issue, so will have to call someone else who can help me out. Thank you Coach Nancy for helping me out with this..hopefully it will get resolved, did anyone there know how I should handle this? My mail is sent through Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Thank you again Elaine

Hi Elaine, I passed this by my collegues...and below is the response I was given. Her email server could be downloading them multiple times and if that is the case, we aren't able to change that since it would be her email server. Are you viewing your email through Outlook or a web program--yahoo or gmail? That being said, this is a problem with your email server. Coach Nancy

No, I have been here since 2008, and once before I was getting double mail notices, then it stopped, then just lately it started again, today it is 3 notifications for everything sent by Spark. I don't know enough about computers to dabble with it, so thought one of the techs would know what I could do, or something could be done at your end. Thank you Elaine

I was getting 2 for about 3 weeks now, then last night it jumped to 4, this morning I am getting 3 of each item Spark sends me..E-mail, notifications, digest etc, anything Spark sends me. I don't understand why this is happening, I have no idea what to look for or how to fix it! Thank you Elaine

Hi, I have not had any other complaints regarding this. When did this start and exactly what are you getting 3-4 things sent (daily Spark emails, email notification). The more specifics you can give me, I will see if I can help you. Coach Nancy
