Hello,

You may want to try unistalling the application and reinstalling it. When you are signing in for the first time from your phone, make sure you do so as an existing user (not a new user) and that should fix the problem.

I have been using this on my IPhone for months & the other day I was putting in my food all of a sudden I was asked to login. I had never been asked this before. Now after logging in I always get unable to retrieve foods at this time. On my IPad I keep getting an error. I cleared my cookies but did nothing. Why doesn't this website work?
