I read the post below "can you change your protein/carb/fat ratio?".

My doctor suggested 2000 calories per day in order to maintain my weight. If I read the post correctly, 55% of those calories should from carbohydrates, 15% from protein, and 30% from fat (no more than 10% of that from saturated fat).

2000 Calories/day
Carbs – 275 grams/1,100 calories
protein – 75 grams/300 calories
fat - 66 grams/600 calories

Did I get that right?
