Getting trophy's

Hi,

That's what I have been told. If you delete a trophy and then you perform the task, you will get the trophy again as if it were your first. Many members who are starting over will do this without having to open another account.

So your telling me that, since I have deleted over 100 blogs a month ago and then posted a blog just the other day that I get a 1st blogger award when it's not my first? That's weird.

So let me get this straight....even though I've been blogged before...posted my exercising...& my food,ect.SP is going to treat it as it's my 1st time ever?

OK I guess if that's how things go, I just find it ODD, for it's not my first.
Oh so I should not remove an trophy's other wise I get me ones?

Hi BRANDTSGIRL,

I see that you only have one blog post on your SparkPage which would explain why you got the trophy for that action on that day.

If you removed any of your trophies and then repeated the action, the date will reflect on the trophy.

I don't want to be a bother, sorry...
I thought by taking my issue to Paul all would be solved then I learn that it's NOT his area, I wish he would have just told me that in the 1st place.

I will take things like the from now on directly to this address support@sparkpeople.com & I hope the matters will be addressed.

I feel stupid/silly, getting these things and I getting spark friends Congrates for them when I should have gotten them over 5+ years ago.

I did not respond to your issue when you told me you contacted Paul. I am sorry if you are so frustrated. Did you contact support at the email address Paul provided? If not, I will send your info in and see what can be done.

OK this is very irritating:)

I said that I was receiving new Tracked First Food on 5/23/2012 trophy.....then Tracked First Fitness on 5/23/2012..... Made a SparkRecipe on 5/21/2012.......then today being 5/29/12 I get this.....First Blog Post on 5/29/2012.

Paul Elfers says let him know if I get any more so I email him this AM....and just get a mail message saying this;;;;; Apparently I’m making things take longer by talking to you when this isn’t really my area.

I’m being told that the best thing would be for you to email support – support@sparkpeople.com – so that the question can get routed properly.

So with this being said I feel like i'm getting the run around, why?
If he could not help me then why did he not say so in the 1st place.

Now I still have the problem, it's not gone away. So what is going to be the answer to this ?

Why am I getting all these NEW awards and Trophy's when I've been with Spark People 5+ years?????

Hi Coach Nancy,

I've emailed Paul Elfers about my problem. He said he'd look into it.

I've received 1st board post dated 5/20/12 then made 1st SP recipe on 5/21/12...tracked first Fitness 5/23/12....tracked 1st food. I've been doing these things for over 5 years. So why am I getting these awards & trophy's now?

I am a tad confused...you say you are not doing the work to earn them in your first sentence and in you say when I do anything with food, exercise, posting blogs, I receive a trophy.

We do have on time and self-reported trophies that are given for the first time you tackle a new task. Could these be the trophies you are referring to?

Why am I getting trophy's when I'm not doing the work to earn them...

While it's true my husband signed up weeks ago on SP and has not yet to do really any thing with SP yet....NOW when I do any thing with food exercise...posting blog, ect. I'm receiving his trophy's WHY?

I should not be....there has to be a mix up some where, don't you think?
