I'M NOT GETTING ANY SPARK EMAILS

I've figured out I need to download the entire message from my e-mail, and then there's a button to click to earn SparkPoints because it opens on a new tab. I'm logged in, but I still don't receive points. ?

I'll have to give it a try. But thanks again for changing it from the St. Pat's theme. It has been 2 months now. LOL I looked at your pics on your Spark page, you have a beautiful family!!! Encluding Duke !!! He's a cutie !!! ; } Did I understand right the other little dog passed away? Your daughters are beautiful !!! You and DH make a great looking couple ! You are truely blessed.

Hi KELLY, hey thanks, I am getting the emails now !!! YEA !!! For how long though is another story. LOL
Another thing I don't understand is how that keeps getting checked. I never checked it to no longer get emails !!!
I've been having quite a few different problems with the site in the last few months, actually since I've been back on SP since March. I'll click on one thing and something totally different comes up, site running so slow. Pages won't load. etc., etc., etc. . I've heard from others that have the same or similar problems.
Thanks for changing my ticker. I'm still not able to do it myself, it keeps telling me I have to put in the goals, right now I really don't remember which, but I think the weight etc. Which I did and it still won't change.

Hello again!
I can't figure out how to get points for receiving e-mails. I signed up for them, receive them, and click into them from my e-mail account, but I don't get any e-mail points. I get points at the bottom for reading an article, but the only way I get e-mail points is by clicking into them from my SparkPoints page, and it seems like the max I can get is 3. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello,

I logged in to your account to see if I could take a look. I was able to edit your ticker so you may want to try using another browser to see if that makes a difference. Additionally, you had the "Never Email Me Again" box checked in your preferences. I unclicked that and saved the changes and you should start getting emails again shortly.

I'm not getting any of the spark emails. This happened over a month ago, I rechecked everything, got them for awhile, now almost 2 weeks ago, it's doing it again. No matter what I've done, I'm still not getting them. I'm talking the daily recipe, health, exercise, tips, notices when there is a new post or reply on one of my teams ~ nothing !!!
Also, I can't change my weight ticker, I pick the icon and back ground I want, hit changes etc, and it does not change. This has been going on for way over a month!!!
Any help with either of these would be greatly appreciated !!!
