You can only pre-track food and exercise one week in advance.

Things change. Since the system does the points when you track it, not when the day has passed, and doesn't reverse those points if you remove it, it's fairer to have a restriction on how far in advance you can go.

I always put my daily snacks and breakfast in ahead of time (since they are the same daily)and I can't get to a date beyond Nomvember 27, 2009?

I go by the name of PJ and live north of KC, MO.

Onward and Downward in 2010

Its always too soon to quit.

Love is helping each other deal with pain that comes along - physical and emotional.


Anything worth having is worth working for.
