Walked yes 33 minutes 3,976 steps 1.74 miles

I haven't did to bad on my eating. Probably could have done better. I'm not going to beat myself up if I mess up. I'm not prefect and I know I'm going to mess up.
My blood work came back good except my cholesterol and triglyerides are way to high. I was relieved when my blood pressure was good and my sugar was good too. NOW ON TO GET HEALTHY!!!

My goals for the rest of the month of July 21-31-14

To walk 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day.
To lose 2 to 3 pounds.
To eat better, make smarter choices.

Walked on my treadmill for 40 minutes 2miles. My total step was over 20,000 and my total miles is 8.09.

Today I didn't get that much walking in like I wanted to. I was busy cleaning house and running errands for my mom. I only got in 5354 steps =2.02 miles. I hope I do better tomorrow.

I love to walk and take in all the nature. I like to walk out side and on my treadmill. I count my steps, miles and minutes. I will be counting my total steps for all day and miles and I will be posting my what i call exercises steps, miles and minutes and also where I walk, and if anything that happens or anything I see, think or heard on my walks. I most of the time while I am walking I pray and have a talk with God. I sure can't do this without Him in my life.
