I have been on this journey since 2012 and only lost 39 pounds sounds like a lot but for three years it not much I have had weeks I stayed the same gained to 15 pounds lost and regained them so like Erma Broombeck said she had lost enough weight to be on a charm bracelet. I feel the way. I have made the list why I want the weight off
Gathered the quotes the work plans joined the gym have a tracker Ö just need to remember these three things and the journey will be more fun
1 do it to get healthy not for an event or some else
2 take one meal at time not the entire week
3 it will not happen over night
I have started over more times than I want to count but I am starting again not over just doing the hike over.
Its like when I go visit Tom we go the Garden of the Gods have been there several times but each time I see and look forward to revisiting the park I have a new map now stop doing this for and event. I need to do it to get healthy and make that the the only reason.

Determination today leads to success tomorrow! good advice that is all i to have to eat right and exercise one day at a time and they slowly add up to a week and a soon two them we have a habit a sun set reminds me i completed another day on the journey thankful for a safe journey on the trail each day and enter my none scale victories in my journal . it can be as simple as getting 9 glasses of water or not snacking at the computer
